The numbers in the infomercials are just estimations. The calories burnt from 1 hour of working out can be more or less than 500kcals depending on your bodyweight, lean body mass, types of exercise & effort. 1400 kcals of 1 hour of food consumed is a very low-key estimation

I just want to say "You can't Out Train a Bad Eating Habit" no matter how hard you killed your gym sessions. We just have to mindful of what we put into our mouth 😉
